Hardware

H-Bridge

Single Brushed DC Motor Driver
Allows the DC motor to run forward and backwards at any speed.

MOTOR

Prefered for best torque performance and speed manuever out of the edge of the arena and face the enemy with great pushing power

Wheel


This wheel are made of hard steel, which makes them highest traction wheels These wheels are alsochoosen for the fact that they are heavy and sticky

MICROCONTROLLER

The brain behind the build is powered by MCU. It has the ability to controlkey components to make sumo bot autonomus.

SHARP SENSORS

Analog Distance Sensor
Detects opponent movement and rapidly change it's direction by sensing upto a distance of 10-150cm.

LINE SENSOR

Detects the white lines of the arena and keep the mini sumo on the battle arena.

BATTERY

offer you an excellent combination of weight, power and performance. it includes a minimum output voltage 7.4v

MOUNTING BRACKET


Used to mount wheels and mechanism to the micro metal gearmotors output shaft

RAMP

This is 3D design ramp which will be at the front of the robot.
Effective design to get underneath of the opponent and reduce their traction.

    PCB Design

     The following PCB design are the top and bottom layers of mini sumo.
The top PCB will be for the microcontroller and the bottom is for H-bridge and other components.

                   


   BUDGET

     This budget is based on a $500 spending plan, each percentage reflected upon the chart is a percentage of that total amount.
